This is Spain’s first navbar, open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. It also offers armchairs, footrests and workspaces with Wi-Fi and tablets.
For an hour of sleep in a private room, visitors pay EUR14. However, they can also choose a bunk bed in a shared dorm for less.

Yelo Spa is a wellness oasis located in Manhattan’s heart. It offers 20- to 40-minute naps, personalized treatments, and innovative therapies in backlit rooms that are scented with aromatherapy essences.

Private units have a single bed, fresh sheets and soft music. For those who want to recharge and disconnect, you can book a space from 30 minutes to four hours. This is PS8 per 30 minutes. It also includes access to tea, coffee, and fruit.
ZZZen – Bar a Sieste in Paris
You can take a break from Paris’ hustle and bustle by visiting ZZZen-Bar a Sieste. This is a relaxation and nap bar in the Quartier de la l’Opera. The establishment is equipped with zero-gravity chairs and shiatsu massage beds. It also features subdued lighting and ambient music.
